I moved into a house with a steam shower and I wanted to know if it would work both CUS the washing machine and dryer ruin my clothes. I thought it would steam them clean and I have to use soap ??????

Unfortunately, no. It is the enzymes (or soap) in your laundry detergent that breaks down stains and other particles on your clothes and the agitator (topload) or cancellation and reduction process (front loading) on the machine that releases the floor on clean clothes.
Hanging int he steam shower is a good way to reduce wrinkles though!
Nice try but no cigar! The clothes had to be washed in a washing machine using a detergent, etc. You have to wash at a laundromat, take it easy they are washed into a cleaner. The only thing that would be good steam to remove wrinkles from clothing, etc.
